Terms of service.

1. Please make sure all mats are brushed out prior to visit to avoid mat fee and shave down.

2. Proof of Distemper/Parvo, Rabies and Kennel cough vaccinations are required to schedule. Shots must be done at least 3 days prior to grooming.

3. Please do not give any sedatives or calming meds.

4. An excessively dirty dog or behavior fees could apply.

5. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. There is no need to arrive early.

6. There will be a 40% fee per dog for last-minute cancellations and a 80% fee for no-shows. A same day or after 8pm night before is considered a no show.

7. Please allow 48 hrs for any cancellations.

8. No refunds on services rendered.

9. Please book appointments a week in advance to ensure timely availability.

10. Pickup is preferred within an hour of the finished call. A $5 fee for ever 30 min after may occur.

11. We accept all forms of payment except American Express and checks. All payments with no card present will incur a 15% fee. Tap is fine. The fee for credit card transactions is covered by the business.
